The California Human Rights Amendment (CHRA) will amend the California Constitution and define human rights commencing at the beginning of biological development (e.g. conception). A pre-born child in the womb, of any age, will have the same rights and full protection under law as you and I have as adults.

This important initiative is currently attempting to qualify for the November 2010 election. 1.2 million signatures will need to be collected by mid April 2010.

  1. Download the petition by clicking here

  2. Be careful to follow the specific instructions. You must use legal size paper. Make sure the font size and margins are correct

  3. Collect ten signatures, or as many as you can. (from friends, family, co-workers, at your church, in front of a busy store)

  4. Bring the signatures to the Walk for Life on Saturday, January 23rd, 2010, or mail them to the address on the petition

  5. Please DO NOT collect signatures, NOR pass out petitions, at or during the WFL rally - you may do so at the end only - at MARINA GREEN - please stop by the CHRA table.

  6. INSTEAD, please turn in your petition signatures, and pickup additional petitions, a the CHRA table at MARINA GREEN at the END of the WFL.
